Prior experience working in a TC lab for 3-5 years.Oversee ordering and stocks of key reagents for the TC lab.Be the main contact for problems/issues in the TC space.Manage a central stock (bank) cells lines for the company.Organizing semiannual deep cleanings with the team.Maintain TC instrumentation which will include but not limited to Flow calibration and weekly cleaning, nucleofector standards, incubator and BSC maintenance, etc.Perform mycoplasma testing & FBS lot comparisons on a regular basis.Maintain the TC rooms which will include but not limited to cleaning vacuum traps, centrifuges, bead baths, etc and overall cleanliness of space.Define good laboratory techniques and train new hires.Oversee operations of the TC labs and collaborating with teams.The technical skills this candidate will bring to Tessera will provide strategic leadership, work processes, optimization, good operating practices and a good working BL2 environment.
